Any one make them homemade? I am a bit of a home shop machinist with a small lathe and mill, and am thinking it shouldn't be to difficult to make them. Any one have any drawings I could copy from to make them up? I've been looking for a small machining project to make something for the KJ. Any help would be appreciated.

get a couple heim joints, some tube, and a couple cotter pins. BAM! sway bar quick discos! I still have to make some for mine, I had my original sway bars actually twist on me, and it gave me this annoying popping noise every time it went over a bump. So I removed them, figures some heim joints and about a 1" longer sway bar link will help. If you want my honest opinion though, the sway bars do very little to limit your front articulation.

Thank you sir for the info. I have read many times over that disconecting the front sway bar gives you meager gains. I was just thinking on doing it as a machining/fabrication project. Need to cut some swarf in the garage every once in awhile to keep sane.
