Hey guys!
The light bar I had built. It is really very simple in design. I had two rounded rectangular steel pieces (hollow) welded at an angle to account for the slightly curved front end and bolted this to the existing light mount tabs using existing offroad light mouting bolt. I had to have three spacers (each side) cut to lift the bar up off the bumper. You can see the spacers in one of the install pics. The two existing factory offroad lights mount with the screw down so I just had two holes drilled in the new bar. The two square lights mount with the bolt horizontal so I had two "L" tabs welded on just to the inside on the mounting screws to the bumper.
I little rewiring on the existing light harnesses and all is good to go.
