Beautiful pictures! So it looks like you had to trim the fenders a lil'bit Neatus? How's everything working? Looks good.

Yeah it was a great day and so awesome with the light rain. There was some tough wheeling in some spots and Tim took every line I took and made it with his skillful driving. There was only one spot he decided to take a go around. This trail is great because it has some challenges, lot's of pretty desert and you get the payoff of reaching the Coke Ovens(which we had lunch inside of.

Everything is working great...one little problem I had is that at full droop in the front my springs don't have any tension on them and sometime don't seat back on the top spring perch. I think I will just adjust the coil overs so that when drooped there is still tension on them. I may do limiting strap like someone suggested before. I did trim the fenders and it has eliminated most of the fender rub....in just a couple spots I got very light rubbing.

Great pics Tim, I had a great time.
For those interested, this will be one of the trails for AZ LOST Jeeps Fun in the Sun (FITS). We are still hammering out details. If you don't know FITS it is a two night trip. We stage at a campsite (some in hotels in the area) on a Friday, stare at all the Jeeps , tell stories, head out in two groups to two trails (one difficult and one easy) on Sat morning. We run the trails, head back to camp for a killer dinner courtesy of AZ LOST Jeeps, have a raffle, maybe a few activities.....campfire fun till we pass out  Sunday some head home right away, some hit a few more trails. It is a blast.....come on out and join the fun. Here is a link to the official FITS thread.

Tim... nice pics!!

Neatus... you brought up a good point!! "Sunday some head home right away, some hit a few more trails.".

Are we going to plan a third trail for Sunday, or just wing it??

WOW looks like an amazing canyon and run! Are those charcoal hives? We have a few on or around Mount Charleston but they are no where near in that good of shape.
Thanks for sharing!

Yes, they were used to turn local mesquite into charcoal as I understand it. The AZ desert is a good place to preserve things and that is why they are still in such good shape.
