Do you just hold that thing to the floor when you are going around those dunes? I just cannot figure out how you can do that with those big tires.. Do you have the 4:10 gears? What tranny do you have and have you added a bigger cooler for it?

Looks awesome as usual though. 8)

Might want to consider getting some extended bumpstops for that rear.

Is that the "dark garnet red" or the later "deep molten red". It's a subtle difference and I usually cant tell the difference in photos.

Awesome pics. I'm also curious to how it does at the dunes. And have you always had the Renegade light bar? I don't remember it.

That rig looks awesome! Diesel or Gas?

What size are those STTs? How do you like them?

Do you run in 4HI or 4LOW in the sand?

ouh !! I didnt expect that feedback

Tires are Coopers STT31''...love them on and offroad...psi in desert 10

Its gas 5 speed manual gear...I control my gear better then automatic.
I planning to fix 4.56 gears with lockers too but so far it's all stock just K&N filter and that 4inch lift.

Running on 4Hi, only when I feel the car is getting stuck then I shift to 4LOW

My mate got the video, I will upload once I get it. The car is not Red at all, it's more very dark Burgundy, lots think its black when dark !!

Light bar been on for a year now

Thx for the replies :D

Maybe one of these days you can elaborate on exactly how you have been able to achieve 4 inches of lift. You keep talking about it but yet still can't produce on the pictures or specs.

Hiya, the thing is that I'm not that good in mechanics but learning fast...you do that when it start costing more then your budget.

What I know :

My shocks are OME 3''
My Springs where the same then mechanic modified Wrangler ones to fit in. On top of the spring they custome made some metal spacer ( I will take a pic tmrw and post it) to add up the lost inch they lost when my lift settled on 2.5.

Upper arms are from JeepinAl...which got modified and reinforced again (pic will add tmrw)

Ball joints are MOOG

They reinforced that swing piece with the rubber on bothside, cant recall the name, as the angle was an inch lower.

Also reinforced my differentials and changing the ratio to 4.56 next week along with anti slip

Honestly thats how much I know. My mechanic custom made rally cars. I got ausome pics of a wrangler for u...never seen suspension... revealed. I will go around the car with a cam tmrw.

Thats his car while trying out his new suspension:

It's different in a good way Jjay. Sometimes I think to myself "I think they are trying too hard" but your rig is just right. Keep sending the picks from the other side of the globe.

Just to let you know Jjay, 4:56 gears are not available for the front diff.. :)

Care to tell us what they did to reinforce the diffs?

International markets may be different. Just because it isn't available to us in the USA doesn't mean it doesn't exist. I'm not saying it necessarily does, though.
Jjay needs to get the dude who did his suspension customization on here to type up a nice little essay with pics on everything he did to work out a 4" lift. Then, we would bow down

Till then check the other cars we got...

Fully custom made including body shape...originally based on liberty suspension

Then the new wrangler project

Reinforcement by weilding peices in the gap, it helps with jumps and when you drift...usually brackets break or even bend.

And then the weekend fun car
