Looks great Endurance. I hope you enjoy yours as much as I have enjoyed mine. My guess is the TJM weighs about 70-80 lbs. I have not had any rubbing issues and the install took me around 6-8 hours. The bumper comes in two pieces, and the sub assembly is really heavy. The bumper cover (the part you see) is quite thin and light weight. Pictures really do not do this bumper justice, even the ends of the bumper were bent to match the lines of the fender flares. It's the little touches that make this bumper awsome. You can sort of see the lines on the ends of the bumpers from these pics.

I really need to post some newer pics, since these photo's I have painted the fenders yellow, added some yellow super sliders and a winch. I can't even take it to the store with out some one stopping me to ask questions.
