That grill guard looks like its bolted on where the tow hooks go....get snatched out and not pulled out on that more than once then you are on borrowed time before the metal rips out.
I got pulled out once from the side and bent the tow hook mount, too hard of a snatch on those will tear the thin sheet metal where the tow hooks go so easily.
