Thanks everybody. I wanted my KJ to stand out from the crowd a little I guess. It works so far. Just need some lockers now.

Got a screaming good deal on a set of 5 tires and wheels for under $1,000. I might get some 265/75/16 with some Moab wheels when these wear out but we'll see.

Here is the bumper on a JK, notice it is wider. I think this might be better for a liberty because it would cover the bare metal in front more.

The picture isn't working, here go to this site

I assume this is the bumper. Not sure how much longer it is. Hard to say, have to see it in person. Rather than gamble I went with the TJ that I knew would work. I don't know anyone with a JK and this bumper like I did with the TJ.

I like the Tj bumper, Do you have any problems getting inspected with all that metal showing?

No inspections in NV. Only smog check.

I live in Mass not sure if it would be legal. Inspection stations and police here are real pains

Fabtech is a company that makes off road goodies. This is Fabtech's Prerunner Front Bumper. Got it from Quadratec.com

Bumper looks great! Thanks for the subtle tip on fabbing a front bumper.

Meanwhile, I went to Qtec's site to see the cost. Wow! They boast "free shipping" in the item description, and have included a big flashing rebate for a discounted price. Cool. Except when you add the item to the cart, yeah you get the discounted price, but there is now a shipping charge. Guess I'll look elsewhere. I mean come on, if your going to boast free shipping and a rebate, then make it the deal it first appears to be. Sorry rant over.

Shipping was free for me. They tried to charge me, but I called and told them it says it right there on the site "FREE SHIPPING". They sent it for free.
