how's that flex been doin for ya anyway?

i've broke a steel mount with my flex 4.. antenna lived, mount didn't

it's starting to lose it's covering, i had to fix a coil on it that was shorting out due to damage, little bit of work with a razorblade and a pair of needle nose and some shrink tubing and it chilled right back out

by my rough count i would have broken 5 4' firesticks at this point

and I talk to IL every day on 38LSB so apparently it's getting out

It's amazing!..... All of my coils are broken from half up the antenna...(garage door):lol: and I still get 6 miles.... I really need a new one, but I only have it on when there are backups on the interstate/highway.
