Ohhhhhh, I see, the reflection in the Jeep emblem. All that long beautiful blond hair belongs to Caitlin, my girlfriend of 2 years. Caitlin took the pictures that day (my camera is broken). We're not married yet, but I have been shopping around for an engagement ring as of late. Looking to get a 1/4 to 1/2 carat brilliant (round) cut diamond in white gold or platinum. You guys know of anywhere to look? Here we are on the way out there Caitlin:

I really like the Maxxis Buckshot Mudders. For the price, I don't know of a better tire (MT). The "E" rated ones work so well on the KJ....and Jeep Girls RULE!!! |

I have the 6 ply C rated ones as opposed to the 10 ply E rated versions. Seems they do just fine, and weigh less too! |

What we were doing out there that day was combining 4-wheeling with a project for my environmental class. Basically, I picked up trash in the wetlands to prevent it from eventually ending up in the Estero Bay estuary system and the Gulf of Mexico. Cailin made the photographic record for my project. Here I am strapping about 100 gallons of trash to the roof:

Volcom!!! lol...awesome CRD, love the color! White is very sharp for the KJs, I never thought that about mine when I first bought it but I've grown very accustomed to it and find it very sharp. BTW...Maxxis make awesome tires. I run their tires on my ATV and they are by far the best quality, best handling, and best wearing tire out there. Apparently they make awesome truck/jeep tires too! Lookin' really good. Wish I could get my girlfriend out jeeping more.... |

Hey maybe she is like my wife, thinks that big diamonds are a waste of money. She is from Tanzania and says diamonds and gold are very cheap over there so when I wanted to get her a BIG stone she said NO way, what for. I think thas why I married, |

Her skin actually tans up really well! She's lucky in that she got the best of each of her heritages. Italian tan and complexion, Scottish/Irish blue eyes and blond hair. Judging by her mother, she will maintain her beauty as she ages as well. She's a little feisty side though, not sure if it is the Irish or the Italian, LOL. You can see the tan somewhat here, although she can get a lot darker, I do get on her about sunscreen too since skin cancer is not fun when you get older.

Yeah, we went to an upscale diamond store, and she tired on several different sizes and cuts of diamonds on solitaire rings. 1/4 to 1/2 carat round cut in white gold or platinum is exactly what she wants. She said the bigger ones were just too bulky and gaudy, she doesn't want her ring to be so big it gets in the way all the time. She is pretty, but also functional. One of the reasons I got together with her. I'm not a cheap sensored word though, even though the diamond will be a fairly small carat rating, it will however be a very high quality diamond. I want that think to sparkle and throw out fire like a beacon. No cloudy diamonds for my women. I don't even see the point in a low quality diamond, might as well get a CZ if you are going to go low quality. Would much rather have a small pretty diamond than a big ugly one. |

when i got my wife her engagement ring... i decided to check out Blue Nile (www.bluenile.com) I bought a loose stone .72 carat signature series brilliant-cut with excellent cut, color, and clarity ratings... cost me approx $3200... lol here's the best part... we then went to a local jeweler and picked out a mounting she liked and had it mounted ($150)... we then had it appraised after it was mounted and the appaisal came back as being worth about $6000 excelent you might check them out...
