Hi liberator, how's ramstein treating you? I was stationed in baumholder and lived by laundstuhl from 92-95 until I retired (Army). Sure miss the countryside. Don't recall any place to off road when I was there. I brought over a 6X6 max and was told nowhere to ride it so sold it to a retired AF guy who lives there. Sure miss the place though.

Hey, anyone have any recommendations on where to find the clear turn signal lenses? I'm thinking they would look pretty sweet on my '02 Rene.

Thanks!

Ebay sounds good to me! Actually just saw a set of 5 Rubicon rims and tires with @ 300mi on them going for @ $610 when I checked last. Might be ended by now though.

Dang dude that's a long time at one duty station. Although when I finished training and they told me "Here choose your duty station" I could choose between, Hawaii, Hawaii, and Hawaii.

I just purchased a pair of those clear lenses on ebay. I'll post pics after I get them installed.

I think they'll look great on a black KJ especially since they will now match the headlights and fog lights above and below.

Next, maybe the (mostly) clear tail lights. (Hint to wife - Christmas present.) :D

Hey Liberator, that looks sweet man! I have the exact same libby as you (exterior-wise that is... and by the way, it sucks not having factory installed fog lights doesn't it!) and I love the feel clear turns sigs' give the Jeep; I'm definately going to pick a pair up. Sweet scenery too!

The 05 taillights have clear lenses where the 04 and earlier models had amber plastic. They look pretty nice, too bad they didn't follow suit and fix the front blinkers, too. Maybe getting 05 taillights (junked?) is cheaper than getting aftermarket ones?

Looks great man. You know what would look alittle better. I dunno if you can do it where you are but in Germany it is legal. I changed the amber bulb out and put a clear one in there. I am thinking about finding a blue one just to match the rest of the truck.

That should look sweet! You're gonna have a whole clear-light scheme goin... now all you need is a clear third brake light to complete it
