So no big deal on trimming the pinch welds but any idea on how to trim the front of the wheel well and make it look clean? Need to fit the 31x10.5 I just mounted. The back doesnt seem to be a problem.

You can use a heat gun and warm the front fender liners up and then push them forward just enough to make them not rub.

Hey Christopher....First off Welcome to L.O.S.T. On that pinch weld, you really don't want to trim it off,you just want to fold it over and pound it in.This will allow the jeep to keep it's strength where it is pinched together.Don't forget to give it a few coats of undercoating to seal and protect it.On the plastic,I just backed out of the driveway at full cut,and when it rubbed,I stopped and got out and marked the area that needed trimmed. Some people on here used an industrial heat gun and just pushed in where needed, but I just cut it off so it could never return.Theres no right or wrong way,but you could try doing a search,or be patient and someone might chime in with some good pics.

I planned on cutting the pinch weld off and welding it up and then sealing it. As for the front I would think that it rubs enough to justify cutting. I dont think a heatgun is going to do it.

Thanks
