Well, we finally gave up on trying to drive my wife's SRT4 in the snow and traded it in on the Renegade. It's a 2004 with 28.000 miles and it's a manual. So now we have our 2007 Libert Sport which my wife has been using and the Renegade. It was really clean too. It was a lease. It looks almost brand new. There's not a mark on the interior. Not even the floor mats. Not a mark on the outside. Here's a couple of pics from the dealership. ![]() ![]() |

oh, very nice pickup, i wish i had a black rennie. Does anyone know if they make black rennies with the grey wheel flares instead of the black? that would be pretty nice. |

I don't know what I want to do first. I've got a whole list of ideas that I've been compiling since I got the 2007 Liberty in May. The first mod will need to be whatever I can get past my wife. ![]() |

I'm just glad that I now have skid plates even if they are stock so I can go on some of the trail rides. I can't wait to get off-road with this one. |

I didn't realize they were supposed to be rock rails. I thought they were just for looks. |

Nice Renny... and another new englander.. That looks just like the renny that was for sale up here.. at Darlings auto mall, It was a 04, Leather interior, Renegade w/ 18k on it. Liberty's kick arse in the snow.. I'd just get rid of the goodyears .. I just added bridgestone dueler apt3's to mine.. last snow storm was easy to drive in. |

Yeah, it's a five speed. I like how different the engine sounds and feels with the manual from my 2007 sport. |

I almost have her talked into new tires because I am slipping around a lot today on the stock tires. It's wierd though because I get great traction on the stock tires on my 2007 Liberty. I wonder if it's because their slightly wider and taller on the renegade. Also the other day I went to check out the General Grabber AT2's and the guy said he was big into off-roading and he hadn't heard anything good about them and said they were crappy tires that would wear out in less than a year. But everyone around here has said great things about them so now I'm not sure what tires I want to get. I really don't want to spend 800 dollars right now on tires. My wife may notice that it's taller when they're sitting side by side in the driveway. But if she didn't, she would notice all the money gone out of the bank account. |
