Yep, TJ, and yep, fabbed the brackets to work for the KJ. Mounts with 8 bolts now, the TJ uses 6.

Looks good, been looking for a light bumper. Do you have plans for a winch?

How did you mount your hi lift jack and shovels to the roof?

Post subject:

There is a thread on how I mounted the hi lift on my spare tire in the fabrication section.

The shovel and axe on my roof are mounted using u-bolts and quick fist grips.

No prob. I love the quick fists. I used to use 2 of them on my roof rack to hold my hi lift, but it was too easily stolen, so I switched it to my rear tire carrier. People hardly notice the axe and shovel up there so I don't worry about them being stolen.

What size would you recomend if i'm going to attach the hi lift would I use the 3" and 2" for shovels and axe

Post subject:

Do not get the 3" it is HUGE, WAY to BIG.

Use 2" for everything. I recommend using three 2" grips for a hi lift and two for the other stuff.

inc it looks awesome! I am so incredibly jealous of pretty much everything on your KJ. I want to get 31x10.5x15's in some simex extreme trekkers.
