eh.. the bump stops are just whatever came with the frankie... i really like them. i actually dont get much rubbing. just a very very small amount on the right and left of the tire at full stuff. the top of the tire misses the fender flare (by maybe an 1/8 inch) and goes in the wheel well. They are 265/75/16's

Did you do any trimming? Did you pound the pinchweld down?

looks good! i love that jeep!

im gonna have to add another hockey puck my my rear to keep my tires from rubbing, which will make it 3 per side, the front doesnt rub at all, the rear only rubs at full stuff, but its enough to pop my flares on my doors off a little bit at the bottom

I run 3 hockey pucks per side and still get good rub on my rear flares at full stuff. Nice and loud rubbing too. I run 31s too which are smaller than 2006 KJ's 265/75s. :?

i really dont know what to tell ya. all mine is is a frankenlift... bumpstops and all!! however the bottom rivet on my rear flare is missing. it kept popping it off so i just left it out after the 4th time.. never missed it. i thought about adding one puck per side to see if it would eliminate the rubbing but it doesn't bug me. I hear some clicking from the tire on the flare but no binding or ripping. i guess i did add an extra rear isolater but that's all. just did the usual trimming.. and moved my washer bottle inboard a bit in the front. nothing in the rear.

Rayman- saw your jeep on the corner at canfield. looks just as good in person as in the pictures!

yea i noticed my bottom rivet was missing on the flare on the passenger side, but the left side was still there, and the left side is the side that got half way popped off
