a few new pics of the jeep with Hood's Old Rusty Emu 3.5" lift.

well I'm running some new federal couragia m/t. 265-75-16 D

Much quieter than the old tires, but the old ones were much better in the sand.

oh and I added some more 12v power outlets (no pics) and VHT nightshades on the tail lights.

Those are nice looking tires. I know you had some retreads on your Liberty, this aren’t retreads are they?

If off brand as stated above where did they come from?

Thanks for all the nice comments guys, I'm glad to hear them, especially with all of the more impressive KJ's on the site.

Fulltimer- there is definately a ride that needs to be done, I want to see more of eglin.

The tires I really enjoy. They are a bit narrower than my old tires, yet they are the same size (265-75). They are Not retreads. From my research they are made in taiwan i beleive. And seem to be pretty popular in australia. I wanted a set of simex jungle trekkers, but could not find a supplier in the U.S.
they are not well known, and had one heck of a time even getting them, but for about 120 a tire, mounted and balanaced with life time rotating and balancing I couldn't pass them up. They are soooo much quieter than the old ones, and smoother.

James- they only make them up to a 285-75-16, so you are outta luck :(

Thanks again guys!
