Not that unmanaged. But still fun.

I was driving around this place looking for turkeys. Didn't find any, but I did find some photo ops.

My Favorite one. Going to have the wife fix this photo up a bit. Need a new wallpaper.

Workin on it. I walked around that place from 0830 till about 1345.. Didn't see anyone the whole time. Then on my way out, I found a group of guys. Happened to be a DOC working party? Talked to the driver of the van, he said he hasn't seen a turkey in that area since the fires in 2000.

I felt like an booty. I forgot that place caught fire. a while ago.

I did see one set of tracks. They lasted about ten steps, that was it. No feathers, but there was one poo, that said it was tom/jake. IDK, I won't try for one bird. Not when I know that many people will be up there those weeks.

I gotta work on gettin my new bow now anyway.

Looks like I have to wait until the last few weeks to get mine. I wasn't "cool" enough to get chosen for the ones that I wanted.
I am going to try for one of the seven left in the zone that I want. THen I will be trying for other zones. This will be my first year. Bow only.
