spent a few days at carolina beach, had kind of intended to go hang out with OHV-KJ and the fellas at their CCOR meet thursday but... I ended up opting for some quality time with the lady i had brought down to the beach with me

other than a sand flea issue the first night (which some camp fogger quickly fixed) it was a flawless and beautiful several days! So preoccupied with sittin around doin nothin that I only took a few pics!

haha

yeah but it's no JK

we almost came out to the meet but both of us decided to sit right where we were sitting with our feet kicked up next to the camp fire

we didn't get alot of sleep the day before with the whole sand flea fiasco at 3am when we went to bed - a trip to walmart for the fogger fixed that real quick but still, the ol sun comes up quick out there, so we were running on 3 hours of sleep after a really long day the day before too

I'm friggin exhausted! But i had a great time campin on the beach

totally understand about ya not getting a chance to get out there, but.. ya know me, I gotta give ya a hard time about it :P

You fixin to leave for URE aren't ya? If i wake up before lunch tomorrow i might try to get out that way, it's seeming doubtful at the moment though, i'm beat!

it is, it's a wide mix of turf though, packed and dry, packed and wet, wet and sinkholeish on the far side, the entrance half is about the softest, powdery'est crawley'est sand you can find

i misjudged the side of the enterance that i was using when leaving to go to walmart at like 4 in the morning and almost got stuck in a area that claims half the vehicles that go through it but managed to talk it into jumpin out of the hole and back ontop

i've come to realize the "crappy" dextero's that were on it when i bought it,, aren't even close to crappy

i'm interested to see how they do in snow/ice
