Since I don't get snow here in Arizona, can you explain a little more about why you would want this done other than looks? I think it looks GREAT and it is similar to what I wanted to have done with a metal bumper, but then this economy went to hell and I never thought about just cutting away the friggin plastic. Great shots of a bitchin libby!

Well if you look at the bottom of the bumper it rolls back under and has sort of shelf that will allow mud, dirt, snow etc to lay up in there. I like to look things over after a ride/ 500 mile drive whatever and have crawled under there and have a glob of snow drop out into my face, also mud the same way only it dries up in there they comes out at the worst times.

Plus I wanted to do something different to mine that no one else had.

Nice way to get some additional rear clearance. It looks a bit unfinished. I'd put some material on the bottom of it to make it look more finished instead of an obviously chopped piece of plastic. Like on this guy's fenders.

Maybe it is just stands out to me because I know what it is supposed to look like. I bet 99% of the general population can't tell you cut it and would think it came that way stock though.

Black trim would look stupid on the rear bumper against the gray....
Would stick out like a sore thumb....
It looks good as is.... About the only thing you could do to make it look better is use a heat gun and melt all the plastic fray...

If you line-x'ed it I bet you would have a lot of people asking where you bought the bumper from. hehe

Just for INC I went out and bought some moulding, talk about looking like crap,  sorry but it looks way better without some cheap stuff hanging on there.

But now I don't know what to do as part of the ARB is the same way, just comes straight down and nothing, also stopped by a Cruise In and saw several pick ups with stock bumpers and although they are metal they are the same also.....what do I do now
NOTHING as I like it!

So keep up the great constructive comments INC, Everyone always appreciates what you have to say.

Also is your rear bumper done still looks the same, or are you going to do anything else to it, Just wondering?

Thanks

So no one is allowed to offer a simple suggestion I guess. Sorry for trying to help.

I thought the molding would have looked pretty awesome.

Mike I will take simple suggestions any day. No problem at all. You just don't know me well enough to take what I say at times. Everyone on this end thinks its funny. So keep them coming!
I would not post pictures I I didn't want comments.

and no molding looks like SHI*

I even tried some Chrome for bling! and it still didn't work!

Maybe heat it up and bend it in some. It just looks kind of rough, but still cool.

All I offered was a simple suggestion, and your reply posts come off heavy with ill-intended sarcasm. At this point it seems pretty intentional too.
