I believe i'm long overdue on getting some dirty pics for everyone to see. I took my gf out to where I go hunting just to do a little wheeling. I ran out of space on my camera right before i went into a huge mud pit. I cant belive i made it out, these KJ's really are bad stupid! And there were afew times i didn't get out to take pics, b/c i thought she might flip over if i did. Yes i'm new at this.....give me time lol. These pics aren't half as good as all you up in the mountains, ya'll get to ahve the real fun. But tell me what you think.

Nice looking KJ, it will probably continue to surprise you offroad. So, how much rubbing with the 32"s and 2.5" lift? |

Thats funny, I actually just noticed yesterday when I was installing the Sylvannia Silverstars (awesome lights by the way) that they rub a little on the lower A-Arm only at full lock. They dont rub on my front left bumber b/c i got in an accident a while back and the bumber sits a little more forward on that side now (weird). But they do rub on the bumper on the right side. Not horrible...but its now rubbed a smooth spot on plastic so I'm going to trim that out just a little bit. But it's not totally necessary. So I guess if you have a normal bumper then thats about as much rub as you'd get LOL. And they dont rub at all in the back, as you can see in the pics they stuff pretty well, and it's a close call. But still no rub. |

Nice picts FLRENNY! Looks like fun. How'd your GF do? She looks like she's smiling. I'll bet that pict was taken before the huge mud pit. *note* always close windows (including sunroof) before entering mudpits when GF is in vehicle. BTW - I think the tow hooks look kickass! Good pick. |

Nice pics bro....kinda sucks to live in flat land area huh? I know....I'm in the same boat...we have a good few spots within a half hour drive...but the good fun rocky hilly stuff is about 3 hours from here....so when this stinking winter finally ends....ONLY ANOTHER MONTH....we'll be cruising up there.... Oh yeah...VERY good advice....windows closed in the mud when GF or wife is in the KJ....also....hehe, don't let her see the flex if she has even a penny invested in the KJ....she'll flip....been there...but after explaining to her whats happening she came around!! |
