Been thinking about doin this for awhile, there is def. a dead spot in our interior lighting. Hit up with some daytime pics. |

i had to splice and use a 3-way connector to attach the 2nd light to the 3rd light. Cutting the ceiling was not a big deal, but that is because I had it mapped for 2 days. And it super bright in there. I can now see the floor! |

well I did not take down the ceiling because that would have taken more time, so I just cut it and I had no problems. |

It is actually 4" from the edge of the headliner and very easy to get to. I found this out when I mounted a big magnet to the undersite of my Wilson antenna from the old Lil Will antenna. It was a oval shaped plug not the quare one like in the front. |

The extra plug I have.  By jinstall at 2010-07-16  By jinstall at 2010-07-16 Can anyone post up photos of the rear dome light socket? I know the front dome light I have is not the same. |

I'm totally interested in getting some more info on what ya spiced and what ya used for a lens etc and any other particulars you care to share, drop a thread in the fab section, I've been edging towards doing a light over the back seat myself more and more it's certainly the black hole of lighting lol |
