it is really heavy, but i still have less than 15,000 miles on the lift after 2 years. so its not going to sag too much

That's not bad. Thought it would be more. I only asked to get an idea of how much a custom bumper would weigh vs ARB. Seems everyone is selling their KJs and going a different route. Makes me think twice about getting rid of mine. I want to be one-of-a-kind 8)
I need to get up that way sometime this year. Might need help with my DIY Franky lift.
Anychance you can get some flex shots with the ARB? Not sure if I want a custom bumper or something I know works. Get what I mean?

Seriously though, it doesn't look too shabby, Steve. Glad you finally got it. :D Well done! :pepper:

I'm still waiting for a reliable company to come out with a bumper that I actually like... they've all gone by the wayside, it seems. Not sure if such an animal will ever exist again. Till then, I'll be sporting my stock bumper. :P

i almost made this post say "Sold the jeep for this..."

but i have been bugging you guys about me getting an ARB forever...HERE IT IS LOL

i just put an ARB on my XJ a week ago. sad to say their customer service is poop. I emailed them asking for price and availability for replacement marker lights and have never got a response.

When my finances settle a bit more, I'll be visiting they local supply shop and taking measurements for
skid plates. Been tossing around the idea of a bumper fab too. :frankie:

I know what I want, & I know what I like...... AND I have access to the necessary tools now......

You have been warned!!! :ROTFL: :ROTFL:

Ditto. While RL and arb arent terrible looking, they are a bit too big for my taste. Something a little more simple and smaller would be nice.
