Edit: Decided I would just use this area for updating the stages of my Jeep until I make an official build post After my morning surf session, I decided to snap a couple pictures to show where my Jeep is now. I've been thinking about removing the rock rails since they are getting rust spots on them. I can clean them up and repaint but I am thinking it may look better with them left off. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Here are the things I've done so far: OME/ Bilstein Lift General Grabber AT2 tires Rough Country 1.5" wheel spacers bedlined bumpers, flares, and door trim tinted corner lamps, side markers, and 3rd brake lights Black painted Renegade rock rails and roof rails Black painted Renegade wheels Black billet short antenna xenon blue head lamps xenon yellow fog lights wheelskin leather steering wheel wrap mopar weather floor mats things adding soon: 2 iso rear lift 3 ring clevis front lift mesh grille hood louvers roof cross bars roof basket |

Thanks guys. Im trying to do more to make it look more unique but not too flashy. I really want to throw some bigger MT tires on...just waiting on these to wear out a little more. The wheel spacers made a huge difference in the appearance and got rid of all the rub up front. I need to put a shot up to show the stance. Ill get one at lunch |

Angle grinder with cutting wheel will rip right through it. Sand the edges afterward. Maybe test a piece first since you have bedliner on plastic, it might chip off. |

I was at the Lighthouse to see a really good Grateful Dead tribute band, then to Paisano's after the show for the best pizza in the south bay! I love HB, save for the parking. Hope I meet on a run soon! |

Wanted to show off a little trick i did to my new tail lights. Ever since I put these black tails on it really bothered me that all around the housing the plastic looks whitish. Looks kinda cheap to me. Probably doesnt stand out so much on a light colored liberty but on a dark one, especially black, it looks bad to me. So, took them off and tinted the inside of the lens with VHT. Looks way better now in my opinion, blends in better with the rest of the vehicle. small deference but worth the time. Before ![]() After

You must be riding a fish or something small but floaty since those slop waves didn't look too great and I didn't see a longboard on the roof. I'm a Washington/Oregon surfer. |

I'm a Washington/Oregon surfer. haha, yeah that pic makes them look bad but they where actually fairly good that day. around chest to head high. we always get alot of walled up sets here in southbay though. I normally ride a high performance 5'10 thruster, but been experimenting with alot of other boards lately. The board a break out on bigger days is a 6' quad that is just way too thin and narrow for any thing else. Picked up a retro singlefin thats a 6'2" pod-ish kind of shape, great for mushy or small days! Thing catches everything! Also just bought a brand new Firewire off of Michael Burez's manager. It was his pro model prototype board...he had a stack of new ones he didnt get to ride yet because his official board came in. I absolutely hate it. I mean it looks awesome but those things ride super stiff and corkey...goin to craigslist soon haha. if you ever make it down south to surf hit me up. we got a solid nice crew of people...some ex tour guys...some that never saw a board until a week ago..everyone is cool though. never surfed in oregon...i hear its cold and sharky. I had two experiences with sharks and that was enough for me. |

New interior updates: Aluminum guage cluster bezel Aluminum pedals The guage cluster did not fit well at all. Took alot of sanding to get it even close. The pedals are great. I had the Sparco grip pedals in my last vehicle and I like these much better The mopar all weather rubber floor mats have been in for a while |
