Anyone know the extender I need to be able to use this?

And I got this for $10!!!

Now I just have to figure out if this is worth it to keep or sell it.
It is brand new btw...

Why would you need an extender?
To you want to tow a small trailer and use this?
If that's the case you need a dual receiver. I just bought one from Harbor Freight so I can haul my kayak trailer and my bike carrier.
Or do you need a hitch?

the vector power inverter you can get about 50 bucks for it..... i bought a brand new 800 watt one for 40. so you should be able to profit on it if you dont keep it

This is a hitch hauler... i tried to fit it behind the spare... will not fit.
