New guy from Maryland...

Here's how my rig currently looks (excuse my passenger tires :? ):

Image

Other than stock:
- AVS tail light shades ( looks a lot better than tinting imo  )
- Renny roof rack & crossbars ( Got em for $65 - Love Craigslist! )
- 6000k HID headlights (waiting for my 3000k fogs to come in)
- Pioneer DEH-P6900UB Head Unit w/ remote
- Dual 12" subs in non-ported enclosure in the trunk (no trunk space  )
- Mopar window visors

This is my daily driver but I'd like to transform it to a more off-road capable rig.

Future Plans:
- Lift (whatever my budget allows)
- Off-road tires
- New wheels
- Debating on a brush guard or new bumper since it's my DD
- Tint the front two windows to match the rest
- FIX my two currently broken windows... those darn plastic pieces on the window regs

Currently looking for a set of renegade wheels, so if you have a set or know where one is LMK! :JEEPIN:

Here you go, hopefully this helps!

Here's a link to purchase them as well:

http://www.autotrucktoys.com/liberty/AV ... 19697.aspx

I ordered from them after I destroyed my first set of AVS tail shades when my rig did a 180 on black ice to avoid a guy that ran a stop sign and slammed into a tree going 30-40mph. :dizzy:

I have a set of those down in my basement that I took off of one of my KJ's (along with the crappy chrome door handles) if you want them you pay for shipping and you can have them (you will need to put more 3-M tape on them though:

Thanks! I'm still researching tires but do you have any idea on the largest/widest tire I can fit on them?

Stock tire size for the 17's are P225/65/r17.

No lift and I'm pretty sure my KJ has sag as everything is still stock at 140k.

I do plan to use spidertrax spacers to eliminate rubbing and give it a better looking stance.

Figured out the largest tire I can run is 245/65/r17's... Saving up for a set starts now 8)

As far as blacking out my emblems, I've only done the driver's side door emblem as a test run using PlastiDip.

I think it turned out great! :D

Good luck running spacers/stock height and sagged as well lots of rub more than likely

^ Tomm, that was posted before I consulted you for lift advice :P

I purchased a new puppy so a lot of my money went to that.

But as far as the jeep goes, definitely gonna purchase that OME lift you told me about before buying tires for the freedom wheels.

I was referring to a complete black tail light cover. I'm convinced they don't make one so I just used NightShade. That emblem looks great! Nice touch.

@Tomm, Probably not considered a typical "Jeep dog," but I love Chow Chows.

This is my 4th one (2 have gone to a better place :( and I have a 5 year old one too).

Image

@Bretta, I haven't seen a complete blackout tail light cover. I like the set I have because they're still considered legal, although you don't seem to care about that judging from your sig

Haven't installed the HID fogs, and one of my HID head light bulbs was bad and it takes forever to get a replacement for free so I ended up taking the whole setup out until I can get the replacement :banghead: . How's the yellow on those 3000k's? I'd go crazy if I had to see yellow every night, which is why I opted for 6000k heads and 3000k fogs.

...........................................................

Actually... stock size for the 17" rims are 235/65/.... you can run 235/75s with no to minimal rubbing depending on if you have used a BFH or not.
