Does it look like it has 100k on it?

Detailed it. Used clay, then Meg's Ultimate Compound then Meg's Ultimate Polish then Surf City Garage Carnuaba wax.

So....does it look like an 8 year old (July 22nd 2004 build date) KJ with 100k on it?

I see you vigorously clean the top side. What about the under side? I spent 6 hours cleaning the underside of my Liberty little over a week ago. Still need to take off my front skid and tranny skid to get places I couldn't get to before.

Jeep is looking great! Mine just rolled over 84,000. Less than 16,000 miles till 100,000 and I can't wait! I bought my Liberty with 32,xxx miles back in June 2009. I have put over 52,000 in three years and by the end of this year I will have put 68,000 miles on it within 3 years.

Thanks. The underside is good, I repaint it a few times a year. Now it's not gloss black anymore, but still matte at least. Only "rust" is on the drive shafts and there's a few little surface rust spots on the passenger rear shock mount weld.

Yes but after 100,000 you know they turn into a rust bucket
ragged looking, have to keep them hidden cause they be so ugly
I mean look at mine with 173,000 on it
I have to go everywhere after dark cause shes so darn ugly :dizzy:

So this is just a warning to let you know what yours will look like someday

At 173k I can't believe you even take her out of the garage!
I mean just look at her, that has to be the ugliest/most beautiful KJ I have seen to date.
Setting all up high and everything and with all that bling.
Thanks for the post, I can't quit staring at her. I might just have to make the rally and get a closer look.
Just about the time you think you have seen it all, someone else puts up a new post of their baby.
Funny thing, I worked at Chrysler all those years and wasn't even a fan of the KJ.

Tom, if your KJ looks like that now at 173k I'd hate to see at 200k+. Would be an eye sore for sure. :ROTFL:

The pictures of your Liberty at 173k make me think twice about owning a Liberty. Maybe I should get a Nissan Leaf?
