OME 1.5 Lift with HD springs

AEV TJ Pintler in Argent

BFG Mud Terrain 255/75/17

Rubbing is pretty bad, needs quite a bit of trimming.

Need to add to the lift if you don't already have the 1/4 inch top plate and 3/8 inch clevis
need about 4 inches of lift to run that size tire so you don't have to hack away at body parts
PLUS of course .............REGEAR to 4.10s

Chopping that front bumper lip is a good starting point to eliminate rub, then pound the pinch weld. I really like the look of your jeep though

the wheels look good but i think that they kinda look a little odd on a jeep they look like they should be on a ferrari ro something

Hammered pinch weld.

Trimmed and Trimmed.

Still get slight rub at full turn.

My next AEV mod will be a front/rear bumper. Suprisingly the JK AEV bumper is almost perfect size.

What is the measurement from middle of the wheel to bottom of the flare in front ?

I dont know how much it will help, but you could try to remove the fender linners if you haven't already.

I probably will need to remove the liner. I did slight trimming on the front of the wheel well, but the back of the well is the problem now.

Its crazy though how much road noise I get from these tires. When you have them on a JK Rubicon from the factory you dont hear it too much...put them on a KJ and they whine like crazy. It must be the location of the tire more inside the body that the Wrangler.

Instead of chopping more
how about more lift, also back spacing can mess you up as well
On those tires you have to keep them rotated every 3-4000 miles so they don't start cupping. Once they do lots more noise than normal
still like to know bottom of fender to middle of wheel height
