bumper hasn't moved either :ROTFL:

I don't doubt that the bumper doesn't make an excellent 2 ton battering ram for obliterating woodland creatures or plowing into the crumple zone of car and trucks that Sir Mix-a-Lot would lust for. In fact, if I had an extra $1100 burning a hole in my pocket I would love to have one on my KJ. My question is will the KJ's air bags deploy with an ARB attached when you hit something large and unyielding enough that stops the ARB-clad Liberty so fast that your face wants to continue right through the steering wheel into the windshield? ARB claims to have crash tested their bumpers to ensure air bag functionality. Does anyone have any real world experience with this?

short answer yes

I think I need one

What kind of springs are you guys using up front for the extra weight? Still 927s or something even heavier (CRD springs maybe?)

I ran 927s with the ARB for the first 100,000 miles lifted
Now moved on to 790s just to try them, over 60,000 on them
For me they are a little too stiff
wish there was something between the 927s and 790s , right around 430-450 lb would be right
Hood is running 790s as well up front
