I think there is a tennis ball on the hood somewhere.

They look really good black and on a Liberty. I guess that means they'd fit on my KK.

Actually we had not enough expirience to work with tintable urethane liner like Raptor. We carefully made the main base with needed color and cheked it on the wall but when we added hardener the color was clarified. The jeep stayed in dark place and really we had much fun next day then we rolled out it on the daylight cause we wanted to see it more green (:

Now its pretty yellow under the sun and more green in dakrness. So maybe next time we will get right color (:

20 questions incoming

How hard was your conversion for your hood? Direct bolt on? What year is your jeep? What year was the Renegade hood? Thank you in advance. Love what you've done to it, including the color. Extremely unique.

I think it would be pretty straight forward for the 05-up kjs to do the swap. Hood, radiator support and grill. Might be a little more involved for the 04-below. I'm looking into doing this just hard to find a donor on a island.

If its just those parts, that should be insanely easy to do. My hood has some bad oxidation (from the precious owner) and the clear started pealing because apparently people don't understand the purpose of waxing. That's the main reason I want to do this conversion. If I have to redo a hood, might as well make it look BA.
