These Renegade Logos are 2" tall and mounted 8" from the hood corner, 1/4" up from the break. Make sure to get "high performance vinyl"; also "chrome vinyl" has had a bad history. If you get chrome, be ready to pull them off in 2 years and start over. Mine are in "silver metalic". You can print this one out and try the size you want (d&*# car domain logo...). I made 3 of the 2". Two for the hood and one for a tire cover that I have yet to buy...

Does the sport still have the hood the same shape there? You should get the rear renegade badge to match! I thought about getting a limited badge, but I figured it'd be tacky having TOO many badges back there.

As for the stickers, contact Don (pixeldzn), he gets em done just how you want em, size, color, everything. He does the new lost stickers, the frankenlift stickers, and some of the regional stickers, too, and you can see how well those come out.

Uh, Isn't it supposed to be just for Renegade owners? It seems silly to put them on Sports and Limiteds. Kinda like putting a Rubicon sticker on a standard Wrangler or Trans Am and Z-28 stickers on a Firebird and Camaro. Just my thoughts.

Hey, no problem Joe. Heck, I still want to rip the 'Liberty' badges off and replace them with 'Cherokee's :P And Actually, I was thining of it saying 'Sport', not 'Renegade'...

David is a little over protective of the Renegade trim package. The rest of us know it is really only a cosmetic "upgrade" (and I do use that term very loosely) for posers that think they're tough and want to look cool. Unlike other cars, in this case adding a sticker to your Liberty actually DOES make it a Renegade. I think anybody that drives a Renegade is really just trying to make up for other "shortcomings"... :P

LIMITED FOREVER!!!

Nice decals, btw. :D

And for all you Renegade owners out there getting upset with me...just having a little fun at Dave's expense. The number of you that actually have inadequacy issues is probably very small. Like 50% or so.

The hood & grill were the only reason I got a Renegade. It least it looked like a Jeep, and I didn't pay for all the yuppie posh crap that goes into a LTD :)
To get the looks I had to get 50% less roof capacity, rock rails that have to be pulled and replaced asap, tow hooks that have to come off for the front reciever, and lets see what am I forgetting, oh yeh, It also has less clearance the a Sport too. If the sport came with a Jeep front, my tag line would say sport. :P

I think if I had known I'd be bouncing this thing off rocks when I got it I'd have gotten the sport as well. Funny thing is...I got the most basic Limited available. Pretty much the only thing seperating mine from a Sport is the painted fenders and the fogs...no leather, no sunroof, nothing. Eventually I'll cut the fenders and get rid of the fogs to run the RL bumpers. Then I WILL have a sport! Live and learn.

I'll admit I do like the new Renny hood and grill, but even that was the same as the Sport/Limited in 2003. The roof lights would be nice as well, but you can keep the basket and those running boards.

They all have their positives. BTW, thanks for playing along. :D

If I had known I was going to wheel harder than I originally thought, I would've gotten the Sport also and then used the huge money savings to get all of the "current" best mod components for it. The Reny is definitely a lot more expensive just for the look and a "few" more add-ons.

My shortcomings are all mine and only I can worry about them......LOL! Well, I guess the futuer Mrs would have to deal with it also.....LOL!

Shortcomings? David, I specifically remember a very clean, well maintained Renegade scooting right up the last big obstacle on Kane Creek this year at Moab...those skids, skink sliders, and trac-loc got the job done.

I personally like the look of the `02-`04 Renegades the best. They look tough, but classier than a Sport. Off road prowess with style.

I tell you what, I am putting the RENEGADE sticker on my sport. I think it will look pretty awesome.
