EZ. Pull lower plug to drain (be sure to have drain pan), while draining, remove upper plug. When all drained out, replace lower plug and pump 2 qts of fresh lube into upper plug hole or until it starts to trickle out of upper hole. Confirm fill level by putting finger into hole to first knuckle. If you touch fluid, you should be full. Reinstall fill plug (I coat threads w/ a little rtv on both plugs) Clean up and wheel!
Also, best to do this on a level surface.

I suggest you remove your fill plug first, to make sure you'll be able to fill it after it's drained!
