what a pain in the booty job that was....almost that the last side pressed in and we not watching and the zerk got caught on something and broke off...no big deal right? Well the only place I know that sells Spicers was closed...so we try and eazy out the zerk....no dice. Went and bought new easy outs...still didn't work. Go to the local canadian tire and buy their brand u joint.....guess what. wrong size....so then I call the on call guy from parts for trucks and pay the $40 call out fee to have him come in and open the shop to sell me another spicer as I need the truck for work tommorow and I couldn't wait...so any ways my 1 hour job turned in to like 5 hours. anyways it's done. |
