how do u get to the light bulb ?

For the side units:

Open the swing gate and locate the two torx screws (T20) on the light assembly and remove them.
After removing the screws pull the assembly to the rear; there are two studs that press into plastic fittings on the quarter panel that will release when you pull it back.
Once you have the unit loose you can twist and remove the bulb assemblies from it.
And as they say, 'Installation is the reverse of these procedures'. 8)
