Tire Pressure Light

Post subject:  Tire Pressure Light
we have a 2004 liberty that the dash board tpm light flashes on every 10 minutes. the overhead air pressure display does not show low pressure and the tires were checked with a tire pressure gauge. any ideas on what is causing the light to flash and how to reset or fix?

Hey KILLERxj,......First off Welcome to L.O.S.T........Your really gonna like this site.The people on here are great.My KJ does'nt have TPM or I might be able to help. If you will post this same question over on "General Discussion"I'd bet you'll get more replys than you know what to do with.This section is'nt looked upon too often.Hope this helps. :)

Hey KILLERxj! Check the spare tire. I had the same problem. The overhead doesn't show you the psi for the spare but does warn you when it's low. I also read the manual and it says you have to make sure the tire valves have tire valve covers properly secured. The valve needs to stay clean to get a proper reading. Hope this helps! :D
