so then is there any sort of fix to that, can they be angled differently? maybe a glare strip of tint would help or vinyl tape across the windshield ?

$379.27, free shipping.

Installed mine myself and saved $300. If you're not comfortable drilling into your Jeep, and don't feel comfortable wiring, take it to the dealer. It took me about 3.5 hours, but I was being very cautious.

I tried to order a new Renegade with heated seats (my wife likes them) but it automatically deleted the light bar which I like. My brother (inside man in Auburn Hills) checked with Jeep engineering who stated that both would "overload the system". So now I have this beautiful '07 Jeep Green Limited that I would like to add some lights to. The Renegade light bar or some Hellas. Does anyone know how to do this without "overloading the system"?

Just add it with a whole separeate relay and fuses. The Rennegade alternator should be fine with it unless the newer Rennys don't come witha higher output alternator.

You might also think about not using the heaters and the lights at the same time.

Yes, in fact I did think of that and likely the two would never be used at the same time. I just like to do things right. Thanks for your thoughts.

I just thought this tid bit would fit in this thread.

I saw a Chevy Blazer witht he ZX2 offroad package on it...You know the bigger tires and a few extra goodies from the factory. Guess what he had mounted on top ot the little Blazer roof...

Yup, a KJ Renngade lightbar...it almost fits right...ALMOST....
