I noticed it the other day, I was coming back over the Tappan zee bridge, and it was a standstill like normal, and every time I touched the gas, the truck seemed to jerk, or kick hard, almost like it does when you put it in full time 4WD and are just starting off from a stop... except I was moving like 10-15 mph... The same kick happened to me a couple of months ago, when I was accelerating hard up a hill. Just wanted to find out if anyone had remotely the same issue.? |

probably just dropping gears. Especially on the up hill. If you got on the gas hard and the Jeep was in third it can't accelerate because of the force. It then drops into a lower gear and since you were on the gas that's why you felt the jerk. Same kind of situation when going from a rolling start. It was probably in 2nd gear when you got on the gas and had to down shift. No Biggy. Welcome to LOST -Gavin |
