Purchased my 05' Renegade in March 05, its been great 35000 miles on it now. just a quick question on mods which is best to do first Lift or tires. Probably ready to do next spring. on disablity right now so just making ends meet till return to work.

Personal choice really. Get better tires on it now and be able to get through areas your stock tires would have cried at. Or get a lift now and have more clearance. Some folks that get tires first end up swapping out for a larger size after they've gotten a lift. Smaller tires on a lifted KJ look kind of funny but you get used to it.

Check out the for sale section and you could score on either tires or a lift.

Either way...as long as you're modding it, have fun!

I have a 02 limited w/150,000. everyday druver, can't you tell.....its stock but....i want to lift it about 2" will Tersflex coil spacers work, and go to black "D" on the wheels with a 4" set back..33/12.50 or 31/10.50 whatever will look good. I also have a 80 CJ with a 2 1/2 lift and 33/12.50 to play with. any help will be appr. and tks.

Whoa! 150K? If there was a prize for miles, you'd probably win it. Check out the 4x4 and tire sections and get bunches of ideas. You'll find stuff that'll work for ya.

Welcome to the site! Have you known about us and lurked or just find us recently?

I'm from Leavenworth, Kansas, yes that Leavenworth. Bought a 06 CRD sport. realy happy with the first 1600 miles so I'm only about a tenth of the way done breaking it in. Did buy the 7/60,000 warranty too for those of you that were going to advise me.

Don't know, never tried it. You could either post the question in the general section or just pm someone who has it done.

CobraStangs you can do it from photobucket. Just upload the picture to photobucket and drop the img url into the message block. Simple really.

Hello, I joined this site a couple weeks ago but never really intoduced myself, I'm a JEEP LIBERTY owner for about a year now and have always been a DODGE truck guy ( Also own a RAM 2500 x-tnd bed 4x4 ). I went with the JEEP due to its ability to perform all sorts of functions and I just always wanted one, Best choice I made. My wife finally got her KJ and she's been happy since. Anyway seems like a good bunch of people on here and I'm glad to be a member! THANKS.
