It's a Mac-type disk image, so you'll need something to convert it (unless you run Mac). I downloaded it also, just need to do the conversion thing myself.

EDIT: actually, if you click on the CRD-FSM/ link with the folder next to it, you can go into whichever year you need and find the 200X-KJ-SM.pdf file and download that. It'll be a lot simpler than trying to convert the .dmg file.

You dont need to convert anything, any standard disk utility that handles ISOs etc will burn the DMG. Likewise you could get a utility to mount the dmg and then burn it or just copy the files out of it.

Also thanks the onthehunt for providing me a copy.
