First I'd blame is either a bad hub assembly. Have you been wheelin recently? Any water crossings? Check to make sure the wires going into your hub assy's are plugged in. Does your speedo work?

Same Thing has happened to me. Dealership diagnosed it as the clock spring.

Friends,

There is a TSB out since June of 2007 that will cover this problem.
It has the dealer replace the BCM.
Had this performed in Dec. 2008 and have had no problems now for 3 weeks.

NUMBER: 08-016-07

GROUP: Electrical

DATE: June 9, 2007

SUBJECT:
Instrument Panel Indicator Lamps Flicker

OVERVIEW:
This bulletin involves replacing the Body Control Module.

MODELS:

2006-2007 (KJ) Liberty

SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
Some customers may experience a brief indicator lamp flicker on the instrument panel periodically. Symptoms may include:

Cruise Lamp - brief flicker
Traction/ESP Lamp - brief flicker
Overdrive Lockout Lamp - brief flicker
Trans Over Temp lamp - brief flicker
Check Fuel Cap And Chime - brief flicker
Malfunction Indicator Lamp - brief flicker
Diesel Water In Fuel lamp - brief flicker
Tach - momentary spike in indicated RPM

What chapped me, was the fact that i took 4 months for the dealer to find this TSB, while I found it the 1st time after I activited My Alldata account for my Liby.

This TSB is for the lights flickering. The OP was for solid ABS/ESP/BAS lights.
