I can add pics to posts,but for the life of me i cant add a pic to my sig, i've tried 160x120 150x150 copied link from photobucket but when i submit it nothing happens.Any ideas?.
Apart from the suggestion of putting my pc back in the box as i'm to thick to operate it. :)

Go to your profile page, under the signature block post your img tag just like you would in a regular post and hit save.

For example mine shows (spaces added in the img code so it doesn't throw a pic up)

I can get a pic in the position you have yours with the red box around it,but i cant get a pic to appear in the left hand side under my username.

Oh, thats your avatar, you said in the original post signature, sorry. On the bottom of the profile page you'll see a spot for the avatar. IIRC you have to use the direct code not the image code. I'll play with it in a moment and see which photobucket code you need.

yep after you resize and save your image in P.B. use the "direct link" to copy, then paste it in the link to offsite avatar spot on the bottom of the profile page, hit submit and you'll be golden.

I used photobucket to resize no probs,but i was using wrong link to add it to profile.Thanks again i salute you. Now i've mastered that i can continue with my plans to rule the world. :)
