How do you install the Mopar Trans Skid? I seen it and it has mounting holes in a location in the boxed frame with no open area to hold on to the nut while you tighten the bolt down.

Here's what I got from my dealer... The parts would need to be ordered and prepaid.

Nutzert (6506644AA) 1.28 each

Bolts (6506027AA) 1.61 each.

Allow 2 to 3 business days for arrival of shippment.

Bolts (6506027AA) $1.61 per bolt? Is their something special about them or just a Stealership price?

I never got saround to buying them...they are simply the bolts that mate up with the MOPAR nutzerts...more than likely you can get the same combo from the drawers at HD, Lowes, or AceHardware, etc

Good Lord just buy some regular Grade 8 bolts, drill up through the cross members and bolt them on, forget about those cheap junk nutzerks, waste of time putting them in IMO!!!
