I'm thinking about taking my front and gas tank skids off to clean them up and maybe put a lil rattle can bedliner on them to spiffy them up a bit. Anything I need to be aware of? I thought I read somewhere about nutzerts being involved. Thanks in advance.

If you haven't taken them off before, or in a long time, try not to work too hard to get them off. Maybe soak them in PB Blaster first. Lots of nutserts have spun, bolts broken, etc. Once you do get them out, I'd brush some antiseize on the threads to make it easy each time.
