Performance/MPG chips

I just purchased a 2011 Jeep Liberty Limited 70th anniversary edition for my wife. I was informed by somebody about low cost chips that provide 2-7 MPG and 60 HP gains. I was wondering if anybody here knows of these and would be able to tell me if they are all crap or what. Thanks in advance everybody and I look forward to discussing more on my liberty.

Thanks for the info. Does anybody know about the "chips" that cost around $70?

Stay away from them. Start reading up in the 4x2/performance section.
