Post subject:  Liberty body squeaks?
It started after I took it down to my local Jiffy Lube to get a stuck oil bolt off. Typically I wouldn't hit a Jiffy Lube at all but this bolt was seized up and the local Jeep dealer couldn't fit me in for about a week. So instead of waiting I took it down.

Since then my Liberty has been squeaking going forward, but not backwards.

Any idea as to what these idiots messed up? I just noticed he squeaking today when I rolled my window down, otherwise I would had dealt with the issue back on Saturday.

Probably just the rear window gasket. Call me crazy but when I go around a corner ecspecially one with a bump it sqeeks back there. Happens quite a bit, but with more regularity when it's cold. When you get that new stereo just turn up some Steve Miller to level 26. Problem solved.......

what i hear at the time i did the purchase of our used KJ was a squeak coming from back. I found the cure by removing back door interior panel and stuffing some sort of foam there. this did the trick. Give it a try.
