I'll be getting my new shocks and coils in the mail this week. I have an 05 KJ with original suspension. I've got a bit of sag especially in the back when I haul 500 lbs of rock. I will be taking it offroad this November for hunting.

My question is, will there be any danger in just replacing the rear shocks before doing some treacherous offroading? Will I be more likely to lose control on steep climb?

Thanks for your input!

Be better to post in the general section but here we go
Are you replacing springs as well , shocks won;t do anything for the sag
