I have a wheeling rig in mind that I want to buy... It's a K5 Blazer with a 350/TH350, gonna go old school and on the cheap this time. It was fun to thrash a $14,000 suv but I feel that I would rather thrash a $1000 suv with ample parts in the junkyard. Next payday I will pick it up...the payday after I mount the 35's using my universal lift kit (ie: sawzall)...So when are going to Gilbert again?

I check from time to time. I was going to get a used wrangler but ended up buying a jetski. Haven't 4 wheeled since vinay blew his front diff at gilbert. Vinay and mark got wranglers. After I saw his diff blew, decided not to 4wheel until I get something thats not expensive to repair. Later

well I killed the K5... Important lesson learned: welded spider gears and 10 bolt axles with 35" mud terrains is a recipe for disaster...I took pics of the incident but they didn't turn out... The front end loader we used tore my rear axle off (the mud was MUCH MUCH MUCH deeper then it looked and my frame and suspension was MUCH MUCH MUCH more rusted then I thought)... A buddy of mine wants me to buy his 1991 Toyota from him... Not really my style... If anybody sees an oddball 4x4 for cheap let me know...
