From http://www.wohva.com As you may know, WOHVA has been working with the Creative Enterprise Center at Ripon College in developing a Feasibility Study exploring the potential for successfully establishing a Motorized Recreation Area (Off-Road Park) in Forest County. Follows is an announcement being sent out to motorized recreation groups in Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota & Wisconsin. The announcement will go out tomorrow (March 29th). In our efforts to make sure our members have access to all the important information regarding OHV issues, we wanted to be sure that you all had advanced warning of this. Be sure to take a couple of minutes and complete the survey. Attention all OHV enthusiasts in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Iowa and Illinois Ripon College is conducting a market survey to determine the feasibility of establishing a large off-road vehicle park in Forest County in northern Wisconsin. The potential park would be approximately 10,000 acres with trails and facilities for OHM's, ATV's, ROV's (side by sides) and 4WD vehicles. The park would have areas for all skill levels of riders, including children. The purpose of the survey is to determine the potential demand for such a facility and preferred customer amenities.
