I am watching just have the urge to send you a second turbo to milk some more power out of the 4bt  that way you could twist those sixties shafts in half if you really wanted it. Plus the sound of a turbo in the morning is nice the sound of 2 is even nicer.

Hahahahahahahaha that would be awesome! I'm putting an HX35 on it, so that should be ok, but bigger is better. Although, I'll need a P pump and bigger injectors to do compound turbos.

So duel CP3s bigger injector nozzles a little EFI live tunning and a enough Crome Molly between it and everything else and have fun.

You only live once plus as heavy as that thing is going to be the second turbo spooling the first to make quick torque. And if tunned right be good for 650lb/ft. More the enough to get you out of a rough spot or put on a spectacular show.

Haven't posted here in a while, so I thought I better update my progress. I have the engine mounts built, and welded to the frame, and I'm working on my belly pan. So far from what Iv found, no one has done this before. Iv seen skid plates, and all that, but no matter where I search no one has gone this far with a full bodied grand.

That thing is a beast, Rock! Are you planning to add armor plate around those beams?

I'm building boat sides, and it will all be steel plated, and UHMW. The bottom will be completely flat, I don't like skid plates with all kinds of angles and lumps in them to try and gain tiny little bits of ground clearance.

Wow I'm jealous, I've been wanting to put a 4bt in my TJ for some time now, I just can't bite the bullet and buy the step van

I'm jealous, too. I would love to have a Jeep with a 4BT conversion. I don't have a shop and would have to buy one. I assume you're lucky enough to live in a place where you'll be able to get it registered (emissions).

No updates unfortunately. Iv had a couple of issues that drained my savings account, and I'm on the hunt for a pair of coil overs. At $2500 a pair, its gonna be a while. :( I may be buying some steel here in the next couple weeks though, so I'll be back on the boat sides if all goes well.

I finally have something worth reporting. I decided I better get off my lazy butt, and get to work on something. I got a killer Christmas bonus I was not expecting, so I bought some parts. My suspension in the front is layed out, and I'm working on my truss as I type this. pix to come soon, I forgot I can't upload here directly :banghead: .

It took me 2 hours to get Photobucket to work, what a freaking nightmare! :banghead:

Here's one pic of the new truss loosely tacked in place. I'm gonna find a computer and upload a bunch of pix tomorrow, doing it from the phone is like hitting your self in the head with a hammer. :furious:
