I have a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee I have a friend willing to sell me the 245 75R 17 tires (245 miles on them with rims) off of his brand new Gladiator for $(cheap)[450] I need tires. Will these tires fit without modifying the control arms, etc? Will the rims fit? Anyone know without researching a ton? I have learned the 75 vs 70 will mean they're about an inch taller, but I haven't looked underneath to see what the clearance is currently and am wondering if anyone can provide any guidance or experience here.
