to my son!

Feels weird knowing it isn't mine any more but at least it will be enjoyed again. It has sat for almost a year w/out being driven and it was sad. I'm sure it is a happy Jeep again!

Good times, great fun. XJ's are hands down one of the best working, easiest to build and most practical Jeeps ever. :JEEPIN:

My younger son Sean is (just turned 16). Chris is my older son (almost 19).

I had to read the title and poster about 5 times to realize it didn't say "sold my kj"

I'm planning on giving my Liberty to my daughter when she's old enough and gets 6 months or a year of driving under her belt. It seems like a good idea to give to her right away because it is safe in a crash, but I don't think I could hand it over to someone with a fresh license. Maybe I could get another one to build and let her drive that first.

Either way, I've got 13 years to worry about it being that she's 3.

If it had been to a stranger it would have sucked......kinda why I still had it even though it wasn't getting used. I hated to part w/ it..... being that it is still in the family, at least I can "borrow" it if need be.

My son will take my KJ in 3 years. I'll get a JK or XK.

thought wrong. both of them dig it. Chris just went through a girlfriend phase that distracted him for a while a couple years ago.
