Just go have the block bored and stroked and swap the heads to a 4.2L head. More power and torque might be a touch more exspensive but my buddy is extremely happy with his. And if you know a buddy who owns his own shop or the local technical school automotive teacher you could get it for cheaper.

I thought about the 4.7L Mopar Stroker engine; however, I’ve decided that the 4.0L will suffice for what my needs are. I wont run anything larger than a 31.5” tire. Once I swap out to 4:10’s, I’ll have all the power and torque that I’ll ever need.

I changed the oil and filter today, 12/09/2010 with 174,467 miles on the odometer. My last oil change was 2,568 miles ago on 05/03/2010. I’m not sure when my fuel-in-oil problem started, especially since my last oil change and UOA was 6 months ago. So far, the engine seems to run good and it doesn’t burn any oil. I may pull the next UOA in 90 days which will put me at 03/09/2011.

Today is 3/6/11, so my 90 days is almost up. I pulled an oil sample today with only 944 miles on this interval. I’m not going to change my oil until I get my UOA report back. I'll post up the results in a few weeks when I get them.

I got my UOA today. The overall severity of the report is showing normal. :pepper: My fuel contamination has dropped from 3.6% (High end of ABNORMAL), Viscosity 9.0 (Critical), to 1.8% (High end of NORMAL), 8) Here are a few factors:

1. The only change that I made was adding the Amsoil gasoline fuel treatment. This may have helped with a sticky “leaky” injector? I don’t know…….
2. Even though this is my daily driver, the UOA only had 944 miles and approximately 90 days on this interval.

Conclusion: I have no signs of coolant in my oil, which is a good thing. I have no idea how my coolant problem took care of itself without making any changes. I’m going to add another bottle of the Amsoil gasoline treatment to see if I can totally eliminate fuel in my oil. At this rate, I feel safe changing the oil at 4 month intervals and resample accordingly.
